What this gives you

  • Less progress fatigue — hide administrative or automated “shadow steps” so the requester only sees meaningful milestones
  • Internal privacy — keep sensitive internal review cycles or departmental hand-offs invisible to external parties
  • Full control — a toggle in the Flow Builder Settings page decides which steps are Public and which are Internal-only
