Activating Your Account

Follow these steps to activate your Chamelio account and get started with the platform.

Initial Activation Process

Check Your Email

Look for an invitation email from info@chamelio.ai in your inbox

Click Set Password

Open the email and click the Set Password button

Enter Your Details

Fill in your information and create a secure password

Password Requirements

Your password must meet the following criteria:
  • At least 8 characters long
  • Include at least one number

Troubleshooting

Didn’t Receive the Email?

If you don’t see the invitation email, check these locations first:
  1. Check your spam/junk folder - Invitation emails sometimes get filtered
  2. Search for “chamelio” in your email client
  3. Contact support at support@chamelio.ai if you still can’t find it
Invitation links are valid for 7 days. If yours has expired, follow these steps:

Go to Login Page

Click Forgot Password

Click Forgot Password? (even if you never set a password)

Enter Your Email

Use the same email address from the original invitation

Follow Instructions

Check your email and follow the new instructions to complete setup
