Can't log in to your account
- Check your email address: Ensure you’re using the correct email address for your Chamelio account
- Reset your password: Use “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset your password if needed
- Check for typos: Verify there are no spelling errors in your email or password
Word Add-in Issues

Word Add-in not working properly
If you’re experiencing issues with the Chamelio Word Add-in:

Clear the web cache:
- Click the info icon (i) in the top right corner of the add-in
- Select “Clear Web Cache”
- Click “Reload”
- Restart Microsoft Word completely
- Check add-in permissions in Word settings

For issues with the Chamelio web application:

Clear browser cache and cookies:
- Go to your browser settings
- Clear browsing data for Chamelio
- Close and reopen your browser
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Disable browser extensions temporarily to check for conflicts
- Log back in after clearing cache

If you’re having trouble connecting to Chamelio:

Try an alternative network:
- Use mobile hotspot if on office WiFi
- Switch to a different WiFi network

Check with your IT team:
- Corporate firewalls may block Chamelio
- Ask IT to whitelist Chamelio domains
- Test your internet connection with other applications
