How It Works
The integration connects your Microsoft Teams workspace to Chamelio via a secure app installation. Once installed and authorized, users can trigger workflows, retrieve legal insights, and collaborate with legal - all without leaving Teams, based on the permissions granted during setup. Chamelio in Teams supports two modes:- Flow initiation - designated users, including Viewers allowed to launch a workflow, start a Flow by mentioning Chamelio in a channel or by opening a Chamelio form in Teams. Some requests include an approval step, such as a OneDrive file upload.
- Agent conversations - for Chamelio Agent Users. Start a conversation by mentioning Chamelio in a thread, or in a private session with the app.
What you need
- The Chamelio app package for Teams, which the Chamelio team provides
- A Chamelio admin to connect Teams, and a Microsoft Teams admin to upload the app in the Teams Admin Center
- Agreement to the permissions the app requests during installation
