Chamelio Negotiate

Chamelio Negotiate is an AI-powered contract review tool designed to streamline legal processes in Microsoft Word. Key capabilities:

Core is your legal knowledge engine — the Knowledge Center, Collections, Playbooks, Policies, Documents Vault, and everything else that turns your document repository into an intelligent, searchable resource. Advanced features:

• Native integrations — connect e-signature tools (DocuSign or Chamelio Sign), work seamlessly with your existing email workflow, and connect Google Drive or Microsoft SharePoint
• Process automation — automate repeatable document tasks to save time and reduce errors, with alert systems for important deadlines and renewals
• Intelligence features — AI-powered search across all legal documents, with smart categorization of contracts and legal documents

Agent

Agent sits on top of everything else in Chamelio rather than living inside a single module. The same Agent answers questions and takes action whether you’re reviewing a document in Negotiate, searching your repository in Core, or running a process in Workflows.

Workflows

Workflows automate repetitive legal processes end to end — from intake through approval, document generation, and signature — so your team spends less time on repeatable coordination work.

Agent Hub

Agent Hub is a new way to work with AI in Chamelio: instead of prompting an Agent one task at a time, you give it an ongoing responsibility, and it keeps working on its own. Example responsibilities you can hand to an Agent:
