The DocuSign integration automatically syncs executed agreements from DocuSign into Chamelio’s smart repository. Documents are indexed, key data points are extracted, and a complete audit trail is maintained across the contract lifecycle.

  • Contracts can also be sent for signature through DocuSign from a flow’s Sign step

Choose what syncs

Shared DocuSign accounts often hold more than legal documents, so you decide which envelopes come into Chamelio:
  • By email - include or exclude specific senders or recipients
  • By a custom envelope field - only envelopes marked to store in the repository sync, which suits accounts shared by several departments
  • Custom logic - your Chamelio legal engineer can combine conditions, recipient patterns, and templates
Chamelio can also import your past signed envelopes with the same filters, or only the ones you select.

  • Admin access to your DocuSign account, for the organization-level connection
  • A Chamelio account with Admin permission
  • A decision about which DocuSign envelopes should sync to Chamelio
