Notification Preferences - Chamelio Documentation

Notification preferences are personal settings that control how and when you receive alerts from Chamelio. Each user configures their own preferences independently.

Accessing Notifications

Navigate to Settings > Notifications in your personal settings. Use the “Enable Notifications” toggle to turn all notifications on or off at once.

Task Activity	Updates and changes to tasks you’re involved in	Email, Web
Task Mentions	When someone mentions you in a task comment	Email, Web

Notification Channels

Chamelio supports multiple delivery channels for notifications:

Email - Delivered to your inbox
Web - Visible in the Chamelio interface notification panel
Slack - Received as a direct message from Chamelio in Slack (requires Slack integration)
Teams - Received as a direct message from Chamelio in Microsoft Teams

Not all notification types support all channels. The options available depend on the notification type and your connected integrations.
