Notification preferences are personal settings that control how and when you receive alerts from Chamelio. Each user configures their own preferences independently.

Accessing Notifications

Navigate to Settings > Notifications in your personal settings. Use the “Enable Notifications” toggle to turn all notifications on or off at once.

Notification Channels

Chamelio supports multiple delivery channels for notifications:
  • Email — Delivered to your inbox
  • Web — Visible in the Chamelio interface notification panel
  • Slack — Received as a direct message from Chamelio in Slack (requires Slack integration)
  • Teams — Received as a direct message from Chamelio in Microsoft Teams
Not all notification types support all channels. The options available depend on the notification type and your connected integrations.
