Accessing Email Settings
Navigate to Settings > Emails at app.chamelio.ai/settings. Admin access is required.Forwarding Address
Every organization has a unique forwarding email address (e.g.,contracts@chamelio.ai). Send any document to this address to automatically add it to the Knowledge Center.
This is useful for:
- Capturing incoming contracts from counterparties
- Forwarding signed agreements from your inbox
- Submitting documents without logging in to Chamelio
Authorized Senders
By default, only users within your organization can forward documents. The Authorized Senders section lets you extend this to external parties. To add an authorized sender:Enter the email address
Type the external email address you want to authorize (e.g., a client, partner, or contractor).
Notification Email for Authorized Contacts
You can set up a notification email address that receives alerts when:- An authorized external contact successfully forwards a document
- A forwarding attempt fails
Recent Activity
The Recent Activity log shows a history of all forwarded emails, including:- Sender information
- Subject lines
- Submission dates
- Delivery status
