What you can do
- Send a document without a flow - Upload a PDF or Word file (up to 100 MB), add recipients and a message, and send it.
- Choose who signs and who watches - Add counterparty recipients and people in your organization, as signers or as viewers who receive a completed copy. You can require signatures in a set order.
- Place the right fields - Signature, initials, text, date, checkbox, radio buttons, dropdown, and stamp fields.
- Track every envelope in one place - See each envelope’s status, expiry date, sender, signing progress, and an activity timeline. You can also void an envelope.
- Let signers handle it their way - Signers draw, type, or upload a signature. A signer who isn’t the right person can forward the document to someone else, or decline to sign, and the sender is notified.
How it works
Each signer gets an email that names the person who sent the envelope, with a link to a signing page. If a signer forwards the document, the new recipient takes their place on the envelope. If a signer declines, the envelope’s status changes to Declined and no one else is asked to sign it. In a flow, the Sign step lets you choose DocuSign or Chamelio Sign as the signature provider. The step can send the envelope automatically or leave it for someone to send, and can save the final signed copy to your repository. With Chamelio Sign, the step can also send automatic reminders on a schedule to every signer who hasn’t signed yet, including counterparty signers.Works with
Chamelio Sign runs on its own or inside Flows. If your organization uses DocuSign, the DocuSign integration is the other provider for the Sign step and syncs completed envelopes into your repository.See it in action
