What you can do
- Chart your contracts - count contracts by a field such as document type, status, uploader, or creation date, and narrow them with filters such as end date, contract value, counterparty, or auto-renewal.
- See what’s expiring - end dates, contract terms, and auto-renewal are pulled out of your contracts, so you can see what’s coming up on a dashboard.
- Measure legal’s workload - track how many tasks there are, how long steps take, completion rates, approvals, and rejections across your flows.
- Find where work is stuck - group tasks by flow, assignee, owner, status, step type, or date, over time ranges from the last week to all time.
- Share with your team - keep a dashboard private, make it available to your organization, or share it with specific people.
- Pin to your Home page - show the widgets you check most on your Home page.
How it works
Each dashboard is made of widgets, and each widget is one chart, number, or table: a bar chart, a pie chart, a single number, or a table. A widget draws on one of two data sources. Contract widgets use the contracts in your Knowledge Center and the fields extracted from them. Flow widgets use the tasks in your flows, so they show volume, timing, and outcomes for each request. New dashboards are private until you share them.Works with
Dashboards are part of the Knowledge Center, which supplies the contract data and extracted terms they chart. Flow widgets report on the work moving through Flows. See how the modules fit together in Chamelio Features.See it in action
- Legal’s workload - dashboards that show how much work comes in, how long each step takes, and where requests are stuck.
