Start a conversation
Type in the chat box on the Home screen, or open the Agent tab, and click the arrow to send. The Agent screen has three starter ideas: Highlight key obligations, Write an email, and Review this document against. Answers include numbered citations. Click a number to jump to that clause in the document.Example requests
Add context
Click + in the chat box, or type @, to add context to your request:- Playbooks, Templates, Policies, Contracts, Vault, and Clause Libraries from your Chamelio workspace
- Upload file to attach a file from your computer, such as a PDF or another Word document
Put the Agent’s work into your document
The Agent proposes. You decide.- Changes to existing text appear as a redline card. Click See location to find the clause, then Apply to insert the change as tracked changes.
- New text, such as a new clause, appears as a card showing how much is added (+) and removed (-). Place your cursor where the text should go, then click Insert At Cursor. To insert it as a tracked change, turn on Track Changes in Word first.
- Comments appear as a Proposed Comment card. Click See location to place the cursor on the clause, then Insert At Cursor to add it as a Word comment.
- New documents, such as an amendment or a clean copy, appear as a DOCX card. Click the card to open the file in Word as a new document.
Manage conversations
- History. The clock icon opens your past conversations for this document, with a search box. Use the menu on a conversation to rename it. History is saved per user and per document, so open the same document to see it.
- New Chat. The pencil icon starts a fresh conversation. Start a new chat when you switch topics, or after you edit the document yourself. An ongoing conversation may not see edits you made after it started.
- Message actions. Under each answer you can Copy it, Download it as PDF or Word, or Branch from here.
Choose a model
The model menu next to the chat box has two options, Focus and Fast. Focus is the default.The Agent can use
