Adding Custom Data Fields
You can enhance Chamelio’s extraction capabilities by adding custom data fields tailored to your specific needs.1
Access Settings
Navigate to Settings Page > Fields tab

Add New Field
Click the “Add Field” button to create a new extraction field

Choose Field Type
Select between two field types:
- Library Fields
- Manual Fields
Using Library Fields
- Select from pre-configured fields in Chamelio’s library
- Optionally limit extraction to specific document types
- These fields come with optimized extraction prompts

Test and Create
Test your field configuration to ensure accurate extraction, then create the field
Search and Organization
The Knowledge Center provides powerful search capabilities that allow you to:- Full-text search across all document content
- Filter by extracted data fields for precise results
- Save custom views for frequently used search criteria
- Sort and organize contracts by any data point
