Legal Hub lets you publish legal documents in a branded public hub, so external visitors can find, view, and download the latest approved versions.

Getting Started

Go to Settings, then under Features select Legal Hub. Select an existing hub, or New hub to create one.
1

Create a hub

Select New hub, enter a Title and optional Description, then select Create.
2

Add documents

Open the hub and select Add document. Choose Upload file (PDF or DOCX) or From templates, enter a Document name and optional Description, then select Upload or Add from Template.
3

Choose visibility

Use the Visible toggle on each document to control whether it appears on the public hub. Review the full list before publishing or sharing.
4

Preview

Select Preview to check that the right documents are visible, names are clear, the latest published versions show, and download/copy-link options work.
5

Publish

Use the Published toggle to make the hub available publicly. For published hubs, select See Live Hub to confirm how it appears to visitors.

Updating a Hub

Update the hub title directly from the hub page. To change the public domain, select Edit custom domain, enter the new domain, and select Save Domain.
Changing a hub’s custom domain updates its public links. Confirm the new domain is configured and ready before selecting Save Domain.

Renaming or Removing a Document

Open a document’s actions menu to select Edit title or Delete.
Preview the hub before publishing or sharing links, keep document names simple and recognizable for external visitors, and confirm each document’s Visible setting before publishing.
