Use When

  • A document needs a review/redline pass — by AI, a person, or both — before the flow continues

Configuration

  • Inputs to review — select the document, via Add from flow
  • Review Assignee — who reviews it, via User Assign; click Add condition group to assign different reviewers depending on flow data instead of a single fixed assignee
  • Results — the output format for the reviewed document (e.g. Word)
  • Store all versions — toggle; keeps a history of every version created during this step
A single Negotiate step doesn’t have a built-in “number of rounds” or sequential/parallel multi-party setting — it’s one review pass. To model a real back-and-forth negotiation (internal review, then counter-party review, then a second internal pass), chain multiple Negotiate steps together, using Condition steps between them if the path should depend on the outcome.
