Legal Hub is a public site for your legal documents, such as your terms, policies, and other agreements you share with the world. You publish approved versions from Chamelio, and visitors always see the current one.

What you can do

  • Publish one or more hubs - Each hub has its own title and web address, and you can use your own domain.
  • Add documents your way - Upload a PDF or Word file, or add a document from your templates.
  • Control what visitors see - Choose which documents are visible, set their order, and keep a draft of a document while the published version stays live.
  • Give every document its own link - Each document has its own address on the hub, so you can link to it from your website, product, or emails.
  • Check before you share - Preview the hub before you publish it, then see the live hub as visitors do.

How it works

A hub holds a list of documents. Each document shows its published version and whether it has a newer draft, so you can prepare the next version without changing what visitors read. The hub itself is published or unpublished as a whole, and each document can be shown or hidden on its own. In Chamelio, Admins and Editors manage Legal Hub.

Works with

Documents can come from your templates in the Knowledge Center. When people need to accept an agreement, not just read it, use Clickwrap to record who accepted which version.
