# Adding Workflow Variables to the Task and My Task Page

> Add flow-specific columns to your Tasks view, then filter, sort, and group by them

You can pull workflow variables directly into your Tasks view. From the **Tasks** or **My Tasks** page, add columns for global intake fields or flow-specific data (contract value, counterparty name, department, and more), then filter, sort, and group by those fields to build the exact view you need.

  Save filtered views for quick access later, group tasks by assignee to see who owns what, and export the table whenever you need to share it.
