# Org Preferences

> Set your organization's logo, time zone, default signing provider, and the shared memory the Agent uses for everyone

Org Preferences sets details that apply across your whole organization: your branding, time zone, signing provider, and what the Agent should always know about your company.

## Getting Started

Go to **Settings**, then under **Administrations** select **Org Preferences**. Click **Save Changes** to apply your updates, or **Discard** to undo them.

## Add your company logo

Your **Company logo** appears on intake forms and signatures, displayed at 28px height. Drag and drop an image onto the logo area, or click **Choose file** to replace the current logo.

## Set your organization's time zone

Under **Time preferences**, choose your organization's **Preferred timezone**. Each user can also set their own time zone under **Settings > User Preferences**.

## Choose a default signing provider

**Default signing provider** sets which provider is pre-selected in new [Sign](/features/flows/sign) steps. The Agent also uses it for signing activities. Choose **DocuSign** or **Chamelio Sign**.

## Give the Agent shared context with Org memory

Use **Org memory** for information the Agent should keep in mind in every conversation, for everyone in your organization.
