# How to Install the Chamelio Integration for Microsoft Teams

## How It Works

The integration connects your Microsoft Teams workspace to Chamelio via a secure app installation. Once installed and authorized, users can trigger workflows, retrieve legal insights, and collaborate with legal — all without leaving Teams, based on the permissions granted during setup.

## Installing the Integration

    Reach out to the Chamelio team to receive the Microsoft Teams app package.

  <Step title="Connect from Chamelio">
    In the Chamelio app, go to Settings → Integration and click **Connect**.

    In the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, go to **Manage apps** and upload the package you received.

    Review and accept the requested permissions during installation.

`TeamMember.Read.All`, `Channel.ReadBasic.All`, `TeamsActivity.Send`, `Chat.ReadWrite.WhereInstalled`, `ChatMessage.Read.All`, `User.Read.All`, `ChannelMember.Read.All`, `Files.Read.All`, `Team.ReadBasic.All`, `Chat.Read.All`, `ChannelMessage.Read.All`, `Chat.Create`, `email`, `offline_access`, `profile`, `User.Read`

These permissions let Chamelio operate within Teams, support workflows, and surface relevant legal context where needed.
