# Building an Email-Triggered Workflow

> Trigger a flow when an email arrives at a designated address

A workflow can be triggered by an email sent to a designated email account. The intake captures the sending user, the email subject and content, and any attached document.

A common example: submitting an NDA for legal review by sending it to a dedicated intake address, with no form to fill out.
