# Legal Hub

> Publish approved legal documents in a branded public hub for external visitors

Legal Hub lets you publish legal documents in a branded public hub, so external visitors can find, view, and download the latest approved versions.

## Getting Started

Go to **Settings**, then under **Features** select **Legal Hub**. Select an existing hub, or **New hub** to create one.

  <Step title="Create a hub">
    Select **New hub**, enter a Title and optional Description, then select **Create**.

  <Step title="Add documents">
    Open the hub and select **Add document**. Choose **Upload file** (PDF or DOCX) or **From templates**, enter a Document name and optional Description, then select Upload or Add from Template.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose visibility">
    Use the **Visible** toggle on each document to control whether it appears on the public hub. Review the full list before publishing or sharing.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Preview">
    Select **Preview** to check that the right documents are visible, names are clear, the latest published versions show, and download/copy-link options work.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish">
    Use the **Published** toggle to make the hub available publicly. For published hubs, select **See Live Hub** to confirm how it appears to visitors.

## Updating a Hub

Update the hub title directly from the hub page. To change the public domain, select **Edit custom domain**, enter the new domain, and select **Save Domain**.

  Changing a hub's custom domain updates its public links. Confirm the new domain is configured and ready before selecting Save Domain.

## Renaming or Removing a Document

Open a document's actions menu to select **Edit title** or **Delete**.

  Preview the hub before publishing or sharing links, keep document names simple and recognizable for external visitors, and confirm each document's Visible setting before publishing.
